We pull permits on everything that requires one: residential, commercial, industrial. That means a Michigan-certified inspector verifies our work meets code before it's considered complete. No shortcuts, no exceptions.
Quality Materials: Not the Cheapest Option
We specify and install materials that meet or exceed NEC code requirements: proper wire gauge, correctly rated breakers, quality outlets and fixtures. The cheapest component fails first. We don't cut corners on materials.

Workmanship Guarantee
All electrical work performed by IB Electric is guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If something we installed or wired isn't working correctly due to our work, we return and correct it at no charge.
Code Compliance Guarantee
Every IB Electric installation meets or exceeds the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable Michigan Building Code requirements. All permitted work is inspected by a licensed Michigan inspector before completion.
Price Guarantee
The estimate before work begins is the price on your invoice. Scope changes are discussed and approved before additional work proceeds: never billed after the fact.
Timeline Guarantee
We commit to project timelines and communicate proactively if anything changes. Residential jobs are typically completed same day. Commercial and industrial projects get a clear schedule before work begins.
