On-Site Assessment by a Qualified Technician
Before we ever provide final pricing, one of our qualified technicians will visit your property in person. They'll evaluate the full scope of work, inspect any existing electrical systems, identify any issues that could affect the project, and make sure everything is properly assessed from the ground up. This isn't a formality: it's the step that makes everything else accurate. We don't estimate jobs blind, and we don't ask you to commit to a number that was pulled from a phone call.
Service evaluation fee: visit. A service evaluation fee of visit applies for the on-site visit. However, if you choose to move forward with IB Electric, this fee is fully credited toward your final invoice. You're not paying for a visit: you're paying for accuracy, and it comes off the total if you hire us.

We don't schedule a crew until both our technicians and you: the customer: have reviewed and approved the project scope. We move forward together, not ahead of you.

Once approved, our team begins the work with a focus on precision, safety, and efficiency. Every installation meets Michigan code requirements and is done with long-term performance in mind: not just getting through the job and moving on. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication, provide updates as needed, and make sure nothing gets missed. If something comes up during the work, we tell you about it immediately: no surprises at the end.
